Where Have These Romans Come From?

Our family friends - Vasti and her children - hosted the other "homeschoolers" (in quotes, as our kids are only at home one day a week, does that count?!) for a day in Rome.  The kids had fun time getting dressed up in their Roman outfits and learning about that era. They were a Roman gladiator, a Roman lady and a Roman Emperor!

Addison and Calleigh had the same outfit....thank you Amazon!
We had fun going to the Llama Llama play as well - Zachary thought that it was too baby-ish for him but we told him that it was a good opportunity to enjoy events that other family members liked....live through the eyes of a loved one.

Addison was in a particular crabby mood at the end taking this picture, so Karis was goofing off trying to get her to look - love the silliness!

At least we got this picture with the Cochran boys - Zachary was off and about.
At work, Amy has now been given an additional area of responsibility - Supply Chain.  It is a bit daunting to learn about this new area as she has never done anything with Supply Chain before.  So in order to learn she is spending several days observing the team in their normal daily activities.  She spent one day at the warehouse - even going up on the "cherry picker" to get supplies.  Everyone was super nice and willing to teach her along the way.  Great team!

Jennifer and her family went on a fun vacation, so Amy's Mom came to the rescue and watched the kids for the week.  The boys had school except Friday so Addison and Grandma had lots of fun outings during the mornings...

A bit more to go before you're as tall as Grandma!
Went to SeaWorld one day....

Was brave enough to go on the roller coaster again!

And the slide is always a favorite.
On Friday when the boys were at home, they went miniature golfing which is something that all three of them enjoy!

Apparently it was exhausting work though!
Addison was doing some form of an "interpretive dance" in this video....likely this is not in her future as a talented dancer (thank goodness!!!)

We spent one Sabbath over with Cochrans, and we have together - something we haven't done on a Sabbath lunch since before Devin and Addison were born and then playing Bible bingo that afternoon!

In the evening the kids went for a walk....so precious - Addison and Devin held hands as they walked along!  Aww!

Fall Crafts at Miss Jennifer's!  Addison loves to have Jennifer text Amy pictures along the way - Amy of course loves to see this smiling face!
